Launched in July 2018, IPTSE or Intellectual Property Talent Search Examination is the first & one of its kind annual IP Olympiad for Intellectual Property Rights in India. It has been conceptualized and administered by IPTSE Academy and has received support from many organizations who believe in knowledge economy & believe in the role that IP plays in inclusive growth. Some of them include ERICSSON, Creative First, Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Information & Communication Technology, Ministry of Science &
Technology, National Research Development Council, i-Hub Gujarat Government, Punjab State Council of Science & Technology, MEITY Start-Up, Manak Inspire initiative, AICTE, ASSOCHAM etc. The proctored examination is customized for several stakeholders and tests IP knowledge of individuals from schools, colleges, media & entertainment sector, publishing industry, architecture, engineering & technology, science & allied areas, fashion & designing, researchers, working professionals, faculty, start-ups, SMEs etc. This exam thus certifies students for their knowledge in copyright, patents, trademark, geographical indication, industrial design and trade secrets.

About the course
Considering the importance of Intellectual Property these days, IPTSE has curated a course curriculum that’s relevant to our day to day lives. The course content is self-explanatory and extremely easy to understand.
Apart from working in Electronics, Telecom, Computer Implemented, and Mechanical subject matters, Tarun has also worked with Corporates/Institutes across other technical and business domains as well. Besides, he has actively assisted numerous US and European Law and Licensing Firms and Corporates in providing Patent Support. others.
Tarun is well versed with US, EP, and Indian Patent Laws. He has a Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering from Pune University, a Masters in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, Bachelors in Law, an MBA from IIM Lucknow, and is currently in pursuit of his PhD. He is certified from IIT Delhi, WIPO, Asian School of Cyber Laws, Indian Law Institute, and International Software Testing Board. Tarun is also a regular speaker at numerous Institutes and Corporates including International Conferences like GIPC, WIPF, CII and FICCI.
Saurabh Anand (Senior Associate), Satyam Rathore (Associate), and Adithya Jayaraj (Senior Associate) are qualified attorneys at Intellectual Property Law firm, K&S Partners (www.knspartners.com). They regularly assist various multinational and domestic clients in terms of patent enforcement, dispute resolution and opposition proceedings, related to the field of pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, therapeutics, biotechnology and telecommunications.
